I led the end-to-end development of Find Your Reason, taking full ownership of campaign ideation, strategy, and execution. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, I ensured the messaging was deeply aligned with ZAVA’s patient-first positioning while delivering compelling, insight-driven content across multiple channels.

  • Campaign strategy and creative direction – Ensured a cohesive, emotionally engaging campaign that resonated with existing patients while reinforcing brand ownership of the Lose Weight for You message.

  • Multi-channel copywriting – Developed compelling, supportive messaging across email, paid ads, landing pages, and organic social, all crafted to motivate and retain existing patients.

  • Patient-driven storytelling – Wove real patient insights, stats, and testimonials into campaign assets to make the message authentic, relatable, and empowering.

  • Data-backed messaging – Incorporated factual results (BMI reduction, increased confidence, energy boosts) to provide patients with tangible proof of their progress and the effectiveness of ZAVA’s program.

  • Video direction and creative development – Led the scripting and storyboarding of engaging video content to bring the campaign to life in a way that was both heartfelt and impactful.

Patient Support pack

As part of the campaign, I also led the development of a comprehensive Patient Support Pack to provide ongoing guidance and motivation for users throughout their weight loss journey. Collaborating closely with ZAVA’s creative team, nutritionists, and doctors, I ensured the pack was both clinically sound and user-friendly.

The support pack included:
